My background spans SQL reporting, Tableau and Excel dashboards, data-quality validation, requirements analysis, SOP development, UAT, change control, and RCA/CAPA. I hold an MS in Business Analytics from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery, bringing both analytical rigor and clinical context to healthcare, regulatory, and operational challenges.
